The Mary Martin Gallery of Fine Art extends a warm welcome to you and invites you to enjoy the works of highly accomplished artists who are nationally recognized for excellence in oils, acrylics, mixed media, glass, wood, clay, and bronze. This gallery is located on the prestigous South side of Broad Street which is the "Gallery Row" for Charleston.
The Gallery features a collection of original art from acclaimed award winning contemporary American and International Artists. Dedicated to bringing excellent art from America and around the world, the artists are chosen with great care. Many collectors have found our gallery to be one where they fall in love with many pieces within the gallery.
Mary Martin, A Gallery of Fine Art is housed in a stone building with a long history of It's own. Built by Otto Witte, the buiding served as the Exchange Bank and Trust for many years. The building retains the original bank vault which is used as a viewing room for many of our pieces.
Located at 39 Broad Street in the heart of historic Charleston, the Gallery is within easy walking distance to virtually all of the history this beautiful city has to offer. Specifically, the Gallery is between Church and State streets; more generally between King and East Bay streets.Charleston is fast becoming a destination art market and well worth trips to Charleston for the art alone not to mention the general ambience of this historic city, the recreation, the restaurants, and the romantic flavor.
