Mariya Zvonkovich, M.A, Art, is an artist and educator who began her career as a certified secondary art teacher in both the Los Angeles and Chicago Public School systems. She now teaches painting for the Colorado Springs Fine Arts Center's Bemis Art Academy, and for the Univresity of Colorado at Colorado Springs. As partner in Painters Retreat International, she conducts workshops nationally and internationally.
